Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history and relevant health information. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact assessment, treatment safety, and outcomes.
Participation in physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and related services involves inherent physical risk. By participating, you accept responsibility for these risks as discussed with your clinician.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $25 or up to 25% of the session fee.
Appointments are time-specific and structured. Sessions will commence and conclude at the scheduled time. Full fees apply for shortened sessions due to late arrival.
Payment is required at the time of appointment unless otherwise arranged. Prepaid or package-based services must be paid in advance.
If you are unwell or may have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. Patients should attend in a condition suitable for clinical assessment and exercise-based treatment. Please inform your clinician of any infectious or transmissible conditions so appropriate precautions can be taken.
A respectful and safe professional environment is maintained at all times. Services may be discontinued at the clinician’s discretion if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

An Initial Consultation is required for all new patients, as well as for returning patients with a new condition or after a period of 6 months or more since their last appointment. Following this, Standard, Follow-Up, or Group Consultations may be booked as appropriate.
Clinical records are securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. Patients may request access to their records where permitted by law.
Eligibility for Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, or private health rebates is determined by relevant governing bodies and insurers. Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage and any associated out-of-pocket costs.
