World Heart Day is a global initiative from the World Heart Foundation and the World Health Organization, to raise awareness of cardiovascular health, help people understand their heart health and risk factors, and inspire action to protect their hearts.
A free seminar - open to non-specialized audiences - will be delivered in person (at Club Lime Gregory Hills), and at a later date online (via ZOOM) to remind the risks and guide three simple steps for those who attend to help improve their heart health.
